1️⃣ Why is my shipping fee higher for certain products?

Some items require separate packaging, meaning they are shipped individually. Items like mugs, hats, blankets, and posters cannot be packed together, so they will have separate shipping costs.

 

2️⃣ Can I combine multiple items for a lower shipping cost?

Yes! If items belong to the same category (e.g., two t-shirts or two hoodies), they qualify for reduced “Additional Product” shipping rates.

 

3️⃣ Why is my shipping time longer than expected?

Each order goes through fulfillment (2-7 business days) before shipping. If your order is international, customs processing may also add time.

 

4️⃣ Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we currently offer free shipping for U.S. customers on orders of $100 or more.
