Return Policy

At Epodosmi Clothing, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
• Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
• If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
• If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of the replacement.
2. Unclaimed or Wrong Address Shipments
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost once we confirm an updated address.
• Any unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days if no action is taken.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
• Face masks
• Opened or used personal items
4. Customer-Initiated Returns
• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (changed mind, wrong size ordered, etc.).
• Size exchanges are only possible if we offer them as part of our policy and will be at the customer’s expense.
5. Refunds
• Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or lost items.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
6. International Returns (Including EU Customers)
According to EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
1. Custom-made products tailored to the customer’s specifications.
2. Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
